old. Maximum age level 15 years. If a driver begins a racing season at 15 y=
ears
and turns 16 years during the season, they will be allowed to finish the se=
ason.
Drivers must be able to operate all safety equipment and be able to start c=
ar,
shift gears and complete test for officials. Prior to racing, a mandatory
orientation must be attended by driver and parents. Notarized release forms
must be completed before being allowed to race.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

trunk floor must be retained. No altering for wheel base. All glass and
flammable items must be removed from car. Front fender-well may be removed.
Front and rear fender may be trimmed for tire clearance. Inner rear fenders=

not be cut out. <span class=3DGramE>May have hole in hood for air filter
clearance only.</span><o:p></o:p></span></p>

stock crankshaft and rods.</span> Head can be milled. Must use stock size v=

(valve face must be stock diameter). No aluminum heads unless stock from
factory. No aftermarket racing heads. <span class=3DGramE>Stock stroke on
engines.</span> Engine must pull 15&#8221; of vacuum at 900 RPM. No altering
engine location. May use solid motor mounts. No headers, must run stock exh=
aust
manifold with exhaust pipe directing spent gasses under car.<o:p></o:p></sp=

must be mounted in leak proof container. Aluminum racing seat with 5-point
harness required. <span class=3DGramE>Belts no more than 3 years old.</span=
> Seat
must be mounted inside frame rail and ahead of rear tire. Working fire
extinguisher must be in reach of driver and secured in place with brackets.
Fuel cell required, must be securely strapped down in trunk. Rollover flap
recommended, will be required for 2011 season. If fuel lines pass through
driver&#8217;s compartment, they must be in conduit. All weights must be bo=
lted
or welded to car and painted white with car number on them. Weights must be
bolted with no smaller than &frac12;&#8221; bolts.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
